The selection meetings for 15 villages under the Food Security Project in the Trincomalee District were held in January. Among these, 10 villages were selected under the Kinniya Divisional Secretariat, while 5 villages were chosen under the Trincomalee T&G Divisional Secretariat. Notably, the five villages where the Food Security Project was implemented during the 2023-2024 period have been retained, and an additional ten new villages have been selected.
