A training session was successfully conducted on June 6, 2025, at the EHED Caritas conference hall in Trincomalee to enhance the skills and knowledge of EHED Caritas staff and volunteers. The session was facilitated by Mr. Amalathas Sukirtharaj (MBA, B.Com), Officer at the Divisional Secretariat Office, Kuchchaveli. During the training, Mr. Sukirtharaj covered a range of important topics, including professionalism in the field, volunteer engagement, effective community collaboration, entrepreneurship fundamentals, business planning and financial literacy, business expansion, market linkages, and the role of staff as mentors. The session motivated and empowered the participants to work more effectively and enthusiastically in their roles.
