We held a session on CSL Strategic planning on the 4th and 5th of August 2025 at the Conference hall, Theepam Centre, Trincomalee, under the guidance of Caritas Sri Lanka – SEDEC along with the North and East regional diocesan centres: Jaffna, Mannar, Vanni, Batticaloa and Trincomalee. The session was facilitated by Dr.John Arokyaraj. During the two-day program, we discussed the diocesan level context analysis of the diocesan level, SWOT analysis, explored the time of change and thematic areas, set strategic goals and defined strategic actions within four groups. Representatives from each group presented their findings. Finally, all the diocesan directors and staff actively participated in formulating the CSL Strategic Plan for the next five years.
