The session was conducted on June 26th 2025 at the multi-purpose building, Ilupaikulam, Trincomalee featured the valuable insights of our director, Rev.Fr.Dr.B.Paul Robinson. In his address, he shared the following thoughts: peace is disrupted when we are overly focused on self-protection, we should not compromise our rights based on social pressures, Peace can be maintained when spouses manage their emotions appropriately, Emotions can be controlled through reading counseling books. The mental life span of men follows a straight line, whereas that of women is circular. Men tend to forget their stress, while women are more likely to self-evaluate their problems.
Our resource person, Rev.Sr.Yasotha Louis, Principal, Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Tamil Vidyalayam, Palaiyootru, Trincomalee, conducted the session through meditation, drawing activities, group tasks, teamwork, and induvial feedbacks. She also awarded by gifts to the participants who shined during the group sessions.
