At our last monthly meeting on July 30th 2025, Ms.Dishani Kiritharan, Project Coordinator, EHED Caritas, Trincomalee, presented and reviewed three years of project activities through a PowerPoint presentation. Additionally, Rev.Fr.Dr.B.Paul Robinson, Diocesan Director of EHED Caritas, Trincomalee met with the parents and engaged in the discussion. In his address, the Director spoke about the conclusion of the project activities, the importance of education, parental involvement in their children’s education, student engagement in studies, and other feedback.
The parents also emotionally expressed their appreciation to Caritas Korea and EHED Caritas, Trincomalee and requested continued educational support for their children. We handed over the Hatton National Bank savings pass book of the students handed over to the parents.
