We conducted the capacity building session for the Sustainable Project Complex (SPC) staff on June 17th 2025, at 8.00 am in the conference hall of Caritas Guest Villa, Trincomalee. Thirteen participants attended the session. The session was facilitated by Mr.Vilvarasa Mugunthan, Skill development officer and Online Career Counsellor (Island-wide) from the Divisional Secretariat, Morawewa and Town and gravets, Trincomalee.
Mr.V.Mugunthan was discussed a variety of topics with the staff, including: Pull and Push concepts, Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-customer (B2C), Business-for-Business (B4B), Customer relationship management, Intellectual and emotional quality, strategies to improve customer relationship, Linking customer needs, preferences, options, satisfaction, and feedback, Data-Driven marketing concepts, communication techniques: contact, connect, realize and reliable / faithful, understanding and managing generational gaps, Strategies for handling multi-generational customers, Synchronizing teamwork across generations, Techniques to build customer loyalty, exceed service expectations, and personalize communication, and Customer categories: regular, instant, and specific-need customers. In addition, he conducted group activities focused on building customer relationships.
Rev. Fr. Dr. B. Paul Robinson, CEO of the Sustainable Project Complex, also addressed the staff, emphasizing the importance of responsibility, business ethics, and moral values. This session was highly beneficial to both our organization and our staff.
